Grandpa won 3rd place in the Men's Category at MQX. The pattern is called Links and it was designed by Dereck Lockwood.

This is the other quilt that Grandpa entered. It is called Rose Log Cabin and the pattern was designed by Deloa Jones.














The wonders of technology! We are at the show talking on the phone to Rick and he is watching us on a webcam on his computer. Our children and grandchildren in Zambia Africa missed us this day so we set up a time for the next day. Here I am waving to them!!!

My Car is Broken

Right front got the heaviest damage.











The engine runs so maybe my "baby" can be fixed.

Quilt Guild Retreat

Grandpa won 3 prizes. He won a regular drawing. Then he guessed the closest number of empty spools in a jar. I pulled his name for the grand prize of Gingher scissors. They may not enter us in the drawings for next year :-)
